Despite its importance, Pentecost is often overlooked due to the time of year. This is an opportunity to join Fr. McBrady and other parishioners in reflecting on the presence of the Holy Spirit within us and within our parish community.
In the Acts of the Apostles, we see how the members of the early Church were awakened to new realities on the first Pentecost. An amazing realization of who they were in relation to God came upon them. We, too, can awaken to the presence of the Holy Spirit within us! God seeks to help us increase our awareness of this special source of spiritual grace. How might we use this Pentecost to realize how the Spirit is inviting us into a deeper friendship with God?
