Youth Ministry

The Our Lady of Perpetual Help Youth Group aims to bring the young people of the Parish to a realization that our God loves them deeply. The cornerstone of our Youth Ministry program is the Eucharist. From the Eucharist, we branch out to the intellectual life, the spiritual life, the physical life, and the life of service. By offering a variety of ways - social, spiritual and service activities - for young people to connect to one another, their parish and God, we hope to build a strong foundation in their lives and the lives of their families. Listed below are opportunities to become involved in Youth Ministry, whether trying something for the first time, or returning again and again because you found "your thing." Take a look, drop in for activity and send along any suggestions or questions.

Stay in Touch!

Kairos Retreat

Kairos is a unique spiritual experience for high school juniors and seniors with effects that can last a lifetime. A biannual retreat, Kairos brings 50 young retreatants, 14 young leaders, three adult leaders, and the director together to listen to the stories of their peers and to reflect on their own lives and priorities. They are given opportunities to make appropriate adjustments and receive the powerful direction and support of their peer leaders and adult leaders. Email Father Paddy Tyrrell to inquire.
