Welcoming All

“Do not neglect hospitality, for through it some have unknowingly entertained angels.” (Hebrews 13:2)

Our Greeter/Usher Ministry was established as a result of our desire to be a more welcoming parish. This important ministry not only welcomes those who enter our doors but also collects the offerings that keep the doors to our beloved Church open. They do a wonderful job but, sadly, we do not have enough Greeter/Ushers to fill the five positions at each Mass.
The Greeter/Usher Ministry is open to men, women, and families. You can choose the Mass time you prefer and how many times a month you would like to serve.
Parishioner Mary Kay Haben loves being a greeter,

“It's fun to welcome our parishioners, see friends I know, and to meet and greet new friends as well! Everyone is so friendly at OLPH!”

Please consider joining this wonderful ministry. If you are currently a Greeter/Usher, you may know someone at your Mass that might be perfect for this role. In the spirit of “Each One Bring One,” please ask them if they might like to join you in this important work.
