Serving at the altar is a privilege for many boys and girls here at OLPH. Servers are given the responsibility for carrying the cross and candles in procession and assisting the priests at the liturgy. The actions of the altar servers highlight the ceremony and rituals that are so much a part of the liturgy that we celebrate.
Young girls and boys from the parish in grades 5-8 are welcome and encouraged to participate as Altar Servers.
Several training sessions will be offered in the coming weeks for all boys and girls in grades 5-8. Please choose a day and time that works best for you and email your preference.

- Saturday October 14, 9:00 am or 1:00 pm
- Tuesday October 17, 3:00, 4:30 or 6:30 pm
- Saturday October 21, 9:00 am or 1:00 pm
We will plan on having six students per session, please RSVP with your preference as soon as you can.
