The OLPH Men’s Basketball League instituted a new award this season in honor of longtime player and parishioner Mark Puch, who passed away in August. Mark will be remembered for his leadership, hustle, toughness, and all-around passion for the game. The Knights of Columbus, Father Dussman Council, is hosting an "All You Can Eat" Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser on Sunday, April 22, 4:30 - 7:00 pm at St. Catherine Laboure, Marian Hall.

Dinner will includes two pasta selections, salad, garlic bread, dessert and soft drinks. Wine and beer available for purchase. Featuring Italian music and a 50/50 Raffle. Totus Tuus is returning to Our Lady of Perpetual Help this summer, June 10-15. Totus Tuus is a week-long summer catechetical program for Catholic youth in grades 1 - 12.

Space is still available on the mission trip to the NPH Guatemala orphanage home from August 2-9. This is the fifth year that OLPH is offering this meaningful and memorable service opportunity to parishioners. Participants will perform daily service activities and experience the home’s annual quinceañera celebration. The OLPH community gathered to celebrate the Easter Vigil after nightfall on Holy Saturday, March 31. During Holy Week, parishioners Bob and Penny Pirsein represented Our Lady of Perpetual Help at the Chrism Mass at Holy Name Cathedral. It is a beautiful liturgy in which the Cardinal consecrates the oils that will be used to anoint the sick, the catechumens, the newly confirmed, the newly baptized and newly ordained priests and bishops. Every April, OLPH parish seeks to fill the vacancies of the OLPH School Advisory Board members whose terms expire in May. This year the vacancies included three parent members and one non-parent member (a parishioner with no child(ren) enrolled in OL School). Occasionally, as is the case this year, an election is not necessary. Three candidates applied for the parent member positions.

Ministry Service Sundays
