Book Club is Back!

The OLPH Book Club will meet with Fr. Jim Barrett on Mon., Oct. 4 at 7:00 pm in Hickey Hall in the Parish Center. The book we will read is "Thoughts in Solitude" by Thomas Merton.
Fr. Jim says,"I have found that in this past year, people have turned to meditation as a form of prayer. Merton leads us through meditations in such a way we become more aware of prayer in our lives. The book is available at Barnes and Noble, Amazon and Book ends and Beginnings in Evanston. Order it now (or check the library) since it was published in 1956. It is ageless."
