The Archdiocese of Chicago is sponsoring a daylong experience for 6th-9th grade students on Saturday, October 21. Last year, over 1,000 attended and the Spirit was obviously present. And participants had fun! There was lots of music, dancing, faith sharing, the Sacrament of Reconciliation for those who wanted it, and a special Mass celebrated by Cardinal Cupich. The event is entitled “Holy Fire” reminiscent of the Holy Spirit and Pentecost.
